Portfolio Consolidation · settling before the distribution phase
Anchor is the moment you arrive and settle. Before you start drawing down, it's normal to simplify — consolidating a sprawl of holdings into a few clean, glide-path allocations. Rotate each asset into a simple equity-to-bond split, leave the rest untouched, and Anchor produces the tidied portfolio that becomes your distribution-phase starting point. An optional waypoint between Landfall and Soundings — take it, or sail straight past.

Consolidate · rotate each asset into a split, or leave it — fixed assets pass through untouched
Rotating an asset into a split replaces its return entirely with that split's blended ROI (equity:bond). Fixed assets (property, vehicles) and anything left on “— keep as is” carry through to Soundings unchanged. This models the realistic simplification most people do when moving from building wealth to living off it.

Consolidated portfolio · what carries forward to the distribution phase
This is the tidied portfolio Soundings receives — rotated holdings collapsed into single base-currency funds, everything else carried through. A cleaner book for the distribution phase.
